CLDP, in collaboration with the Bangladesh Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Authority, held Strategic Planning & Attracting Foreign Investment workshops for the PPP Authority and PPP Authority-adjacent line ministry employees. The objective of the workshop series was to build capacity within Bangladesh’s government ministries and authorities to improve inter-ministry project coordination, develop internal policies to improve project timelines, account for project risk, and develop mechanisms for attracting foreign investment. The capacity building gained from the workshop series will improve PPP project efficiencies and project viability for ministries, authorities, and private partners.
