From October 21-24, CLDP conducted a hybrid Written Arguments training for Vis Moot participants in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). Over 40 participants from BiH, Kosovo, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Saudi Arabia participated in the interactive training. Trainers led students in a number of exercises and lessons designed to assist them in writing their arguments for the upcoming Wilem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot in April 2022. The goal of this program is to strengthen international commercial arbitration in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Vis Moot experience helps equip participating students with the skills necessary to handle commercial business disputes and bolsters the rule of law in their respective countries.
