BiH IP Benchbook Working Group

On November 28-29, CLDP hosted a two-day workshop with stakeholders from the judiciary, the IP Institute, the private sector, and the academia on an update of a CLDP-published Benchbook on BiH IP Law from 2013. This second workshop focused on the submission of first drafts, as well as an outline of questions to be answered in preparation for the study trip to the United States. In addition, a representative from the AmCham IP Committee presented on challenges of IPR protection in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
