From September 26-30, in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Brasilia, the U.S. Consulate General in Sao Paulo, and the State Department’s Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy, CLDP arranged meetings for Brazilian officials with telecommunications vendors and thought leaders at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Following the MWC, the delegation visited the Dallas Open Testing and Integration Center and Mavenir testing facilities to observe interoperability testing. These collaboration efforts are a part of CLDP’s work under the Digital Connectivity and Cybersecurity Partnership (DCCP) Digital Connectivity and Cybersecurity Partnership - United States Department of State to encourage supplier diversity and competition in telecommunications networks throughout the globe.
