As a continuation and capstone of its previous mediation training in Istanbul, in partnership with Impact Associates, CLDP held a training course in Tbilisi, Georgia as part of the International Mediation Institute's (IMI) Training of Trainers program. The training hosted participants from the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia, the Mediation Association of Georgia and Center for Early and Effective Dispute Resolution, and the Uzbekistan Dispute Resolution Center.

This program directly supported U.S. companies operating overseas by ensuring they have access to local mechanisms to resolve commercial disputes quickly and efficiently, thereby minimizing costly legal delays. By structuring the training to support the centers' IMI accreditation goals, CLDP assisted in transitioning and establishing internationally recognized and certified domestic mediators. The training built a stronger, more credible, and highly skilled, roster of local mediators capable of handling complex commercial disputes according to international best practices.
