CLDP, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance of Armenia (MoF), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), held a Workshop on Public Procurement Bid Review Mechanisms in Yerevan, Armenia. The goal of the workshop was to familiarize the MoF with U.S. mechanisms for bid protests, relevant WTO GPA requirements and UNCITRAL Model Law provisions, and with E.U. Directives on procurement complaints review. The program featured interactive presentations and exercises aimed to engage the audience in active discussion.
