CLDP to begin work with an NGO on Commercial Law modernization in West Bank/Gaza

In response to a request by the State Department, CLDP will begin providing technical assistance to an association of Palestinian lawyers whose goal is to harmonize and update commercial laws in the West Bank and Gaza. At this stage CLDP will consult with its partners to finalize the list of priority subjects and begin forming recommendations accordingly.
