CLDP, in coordination with Morocco's Ministry of Justice and Liberties, Morocco's Committee National de l’Environnement des Affaires (CNEA), and Germany's Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), co-organized a Seminar Introducing Proposed Reforms to Morocco's Insolvency Code in El Jadida, Morocco from October 11-12, 2017. The workshop included international insolvency experts and representatives from across Morocco's ministries, courts, and civil society and featured an introduction and debate of proposed reforms to Morocco's insolvability regime in its commercial code. CLDP co-sponsored the consultations with funding by the U.S. Department of State's Middle East Partnership Initiative.
