On April 26-27, CLDP, in collaboration with Kosovo’s Customs Services, conducted the first workshop in a series on the implementation of customs procedures in line with the WTO’s Trade Facilitation Agreement. The workshop focused on the issuance of advance rulings on valuations, classification, and rules of origin. Sessions highlighted best practices to consider as the Kosovar government strengthens its capacity to facilitate the efficient and transparent movement of goods across its borders. This workshop is part of a multiphase effort to promote transparency, cooperation, and coordination within the Kosovar government and to improve interregional trade in the Balkans.
