As part of its continued cooperation with the Tunis Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Government of Tunisia, CLDP organized workshops on franchising during the TunisMed Franchise Expo held in Tunis December 2-3, 2015. Franchising experts from Tunisia, France, and the United States led sessions on franchising in the global and Tunisian contexts as well as franchise models, contracts, negotiations, and finance. CLDP has supported the expo for several years to encourage franchising as a tool for economic development. This year’s expo included many successful Tunisian franchisees and franchisors who have participated in past technical assistance programs sponsored by CLDP and US Embassy Tunis.
