CLDP, in partnership with AMUS (collective copyright organization in BiH for musicians), hosted two one-day workshops in Sarajevo on collective copyright management awareness and enforcement.  The initial program focused on brining together key stakeholders who wish to learn more about collective copyright management.  The program provided a forum for musicians, fillmmakers, actors, composers and artists to discuss the current status of royalty collection in BiH.  The program worked to raise awareness in order to improve interagency efforts and the collective copyright regime in BiH. 

The second program focused on discussion between AMUS and various police agencies across BiH on impediments to proper enforcement of key intellectual property laws.  CLDP and AMUS were able to identify specific future workshop topics which will help enforcement authorities to implement key IP laws throughout BiH.  An effective intellectual property regime will allow BiH to better foster innovation, attract foreign direct investment, and properly compensate artists for their work.  CLDP will work with AMUS to increase their capacity to be more effective, efficient, and transparent in conducting their work.
