CLDP and Import Administration (IA) experts conducted a technical assistance workshop with Government of Morocco officials responsible for antidumping investigations.  The topics addressed overlap into areas of domestic law, antidumping methodology, application procedures, WTO obligations and trade remedy enforcement, among others, and included investigations and calculations of dumping margins.  The Moroccan participants explained their current practice, which allowed the IA team to evaluate strengths and weaknesses in Morocco’s system and, where appropriate, make recommendations for the consideration of the Moroccan authorities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
