On October 15-16, CLDP, in coordination with the Centre for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training of Republika Srpska and the Centre for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training of FBiH, conducted the second two-day workshop on the Enforcement of International Sales Contracts for Bosnian judges. This workshop built off the training conducted in Doboj, BiH in September 2017. U.S. District Court Judge Michael Mills led the program, which focused on the application of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and the New York Convention within the Bosnian legal framework. The workshop, held for 20 participants, aimed to increase the capacity of judges to effectively adjudicate international commercial disputes.
