CLDP co-sponsored and participated in a public-private Working Group meeting on Insolvency Reform in coordination with Georgia’s Business Rehabilitation and Insolvency Practitioners Association (BRIPA). The Working Group meeting provided a platform to Georgian bankruptcy practitioners and judges to discuss observations to-date in implementing Georgia’s amended Bankruptcy Law.  The planned outcome of the Working Group meeting is to develop a targeted list of areas for further improvement, with respect to both substantive and administrative procedures in the law.
