From March 23 – 25, CLDP and the Business Rehabilitation and Insolvency Practitioner’s Association (BRIPA) convened judicial assistants and decision writers from four different courts in Georgia at the Second Working Meeting on Georgian Insolvency Law. Going article by article, BRIPA led the assistants through discussions on their decision-making process when writing the law, issues with implementation, and potential amendments. This meeting followed the Working Meeting on Georgian Insolvency Law, held with Georgian judges in December of 2022.
