CLDP, in close coordination with Tunisia’s High Authority for Public Procurement (HAICOP), led a Workshop on Best Practices for Public Procurement Policy-Making Decisions in Tunis, Tunisia on January 27-29, 2015.  The workshop addressed  best practices in the design and implementation of regulations concerning contract auditing, suspension and debarment, sustainable procurement, and the participation of small and medium enterprises in procurement. The workshop was led by experts from the U.S. General Services Administration, Government Accountability Office, and Office of Federal Procurement Polic. It brought together 35 Tunisian officials from HAICOP and the Ministry of Commerce.
