GCC Commercial Law Harmonization Project

CLDP and United States Trade Representative (USTR) travelled to Riyadh June 3-5 for a GCC-U.S. Forum on Trade and Investment Issues hosted by the GCC Secretariat-General.  The program covered areas that would be beneficial to harmonize in the GCC Member States including Customs, Intellectual Property Rights, Standards, Trade, Investment Law, Insolvency Law, Company Law, and Consumer Protection/Competition Law.
