Global: CLDP Co-Hosts Regional 5G Security and Supplier Diversity Workshop

On June 1-2, CLDP, in collaboration with the Cyberspace and Digital Policy Bureau and U.S. Embassy Warsaw, convened government and private sector stakeholders from 17 countries to discuss issues related to securing information and communication technology (ICT) ecosystems. The workshop focused primarily on 5G security, Open RAN, and vendor diversity issues and sought to encourage the adoption and implementation of legislation assessing vendor security risk in deploying next generation networks.
