From February 9-13, CLDP conducted technical sessions with various Guatemalan public project owners, aimed at applying the Project Screening and Analytics Tool, a public-private partnership (PPP) analysis tool used to determine PPP project suitability, to previously identified infrastructure projects in strategic sectors. These technical sessions and application of the tool refined project analysis and produced benchmark project rankings. This work supports the revamping of the Guatemalan PPP unit’s project pipeline to improve project quality and enhance project attractiveness for the private sector.
