From August 27-28, in partnership with the U.S. Commercial Service Jakarta and the Indonesian National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP), CLDP conducted a two-day workshop on unsolicited proposals in public-private-partnerships in Indonesia. The workshop focused on managing unsolicited proposals and special procurement processes for infrastructure projects in the rail and ports sector. The aim of the workshop was to support transparent frameworks and practices to increase investment opportunities for U.S. businesses and counter malign influence in critical sectors, as well as to improve the bankability of these projects to ensure return on investment.
