CLDP and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration, in cooperation with the UAE institute of Training and Judicial Studies and the UAE Ministry of Justice, organized a two day conference for judges on implementation of the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards. In addition to judges and Ministry of Justice officials in the UAE, who has just signed onto the NY Convention, judges from the GCC and Yemen were invited to attend.
