From October 14-15, 2024, CLDP, in partnership with US interagency colleagues, the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade, the French Ministry of Economy, Finance, and Industry, and the OECD, hosted a high-level delegation of Kosovar government officials to discuss best practices in investment security.  This workshop was scheduled to coincide with the recent passing of the Law on Sustainable Investment, which establishes an investment screening mechanism in Kosovo.  In the coming months, CLDP will assist the government of Kosovo in developing sub-legal acts to effectuate the development of an investment screening mechanism.
