On November 9, CLDP, at the request of the Attorney General’s Office of the Maldives, hosted a second interactive virtual negotiation exercise as part of an ongoing series focused on infrastructure finance and investment. The exercise followed pre-recorded webinars on financing documentation, including Lender Role within a PPP transaction, Debt Contracts, Loan Agreements, Security Documents, Conditions Precedent Documents, and Reviewing and Negotiating Finance Documents. The exercise built upon the first negotiations exercise and focused on negotiating Loan Agreements. CLDP’s programming with the Attorney General’s Office of the Maldives is part of its ongoing technical assistance under the Infrastructure Transaction and Assistance Network.
