From February 5-9, CLDP, in partnership with Abu Dhabi Global Market, the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution, the University of Pittsburgh’s Center for International Legal Education, and United Arab Emirates University, conducted the 14th Annual MENA Vis Pre-Moot in Abu Dhabi. The Pre-Moot is an annual interactive training program focused on international commercial arbitration and geared toward law students from under-represented markets and countries. This year, the Pre-Moot brought together students representing 17 universities from 12 countries. The Vis Moot helps prepare a cadre of ADR practitioners and promotes a culture of arbitration, thereby improving contracts enforcement around the world.
