CLDP, in cooperation with the General Treasury of the Kingdomof Morocco, conducted a workshop on best practices for effective public procurement lifecycles. This workshop provided a holistic view of the U.S. procurement process and assisted the Moroccan government in identifying gaps to inform future legal and regulatory reform as well as capacity building efforts. U.S. experts from theContract Law Division at the U.S. Department of Commerce presented on the U.S. system and facilitated interactive discussions with Moroccan procurement officials.
