From July 11 through 15, CLDP conducted a five-day training for attorneys, provincial government officials, and employees of the Office of the Investment Board of Nepal. CLDP collaborated with the Nepal Bar Association to conduct a workshop on Contract Management of public-private partnerships in Kathmandu, Nepal. The Nepal Bar Association nominated participants of various levels of skills and expertise to attend the training. The program included experts from the U.S. and Singapore who covered topics related to managing a public-private partnership contract after financial close, including transition management, stakeholder engagement, claims, disputes, insolvency, and renegotiation.
