CLDP experts met with representatives of the Qatar Ministry of Economy and Commerce to provide further guidance and drafting assistance on its New Commercial Code. The re-drafting of Qatar's Commercial Code is part of an effort to produce rule of law changes that are significant for trade liberalization in Qatar.
