On September 24, 2024, CLDP, in coordination with Armenia’s Corporate Governance Center, the Center for International Private Enterprise – Armenia, and the Ministry of Economy, Armenia, conducted a workshop on the “New RA Corporate Governance Code: Implementation and Enforcement.” Along with individual presentations, participants heard from panels comprised of Armenian Government Officials, Chairs of Boards at Armenian Companies, and corporate governance experts from Asia and the EU regarding the foundations of Corporate Governance in Armenian law, approaching enforcement and voluntary compliance, and the necessity of corporate governance across the private sector.
