Peru: CLDP Conducts Workshop on Framework Agreements for Services

On October 25, CLDP conducted a workshop on how to effectively centralize procurements of services for Peru’s centralized procurement agency (Peru Compras). CLDP’s expert from the General Services Administration (GSA) provided an overview of the US government’s framework agreements for services, with a focus on cloud computing services. Peru Compras is in the process of creating new framework agreements for services and has faced challenges in the preparation of the terms and conditions. This workshop is part of CLDP’s multi-phase programming to improve Peru’s procurement system.
