🌍 Promoting sustainable development through public procurement! On June 25-26, CLDP, in cooperation with Peru’s Ministry of Economy and Finance and Ministry of Environment, held a workshop on sustainable public procurement. U.S. Government and other regional procurement specialists shared sustainable procurement best practices and provided policy recommendations. The recommendations will inform the development of Peru’s new procurement regulations and a national sustainable public procurement action plan. This workshop is part of CLDP’s effort to promote socio-economic and environmental sustainability in the Peruvian public procurement system.
