On July 31 – August 1, CLDP, with the support of White & Case, conducted roundtable meetings with high-level officials from the Philippines Department of Transportation, Office of the Solicitor General, Office of the Government Corporate Counsel, and Public-Private Partnership Center to finalize Guidelines for the Engagement of FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers) Experts in relation to Claims and DAB (Dispute Adjudication Board) Proceedings under FIDIC Contracts. The guidelines will be institutionalized to streamline dispute processes and help foreign investors see faster Return on Investments for their infrastructure projects.
