CLDP was delighted to host a consultation on Managing Fiscal Risks and Contingent Liabilities to the Public in Doha, Qatar from January 27-28, 2026. The consultation featured leading international experts in Public Private Partnerships and provided in depth training to government officials responsible for the implementation of #PublicPrivatePartnerships and which consisted of representatives from key Middle Eastern and North African agencies including the Qatari وزارة التجارة والصناعة Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Finance Qatar, Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ – Qatar, Qatar Museums, Ministry of Education and Higher Education Qatar, Ministry of Public Health - Qatar, Ministry Of Municipality | وزارة البلدية, Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa), and their Jordanian, Moroccan, Algerian, and Tunisian counterparts (The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (Jordan), Department of Public Enterprises and Privatisation (Morocco), Caisse Nationale d'Equipement pour le Développement (Algeria), and Instance Générale de Partenariat Public Privé (Tunisia)).
