Saudi Arabia: CLDP Conducts PPP Workshops for the Bar Association in Riyadh and Jeddah

CLDP, in conjunction with the Saudi Bar Association (SBA), conducted workshops on public private partnerships (PPPs) for over 200 SBA members in Riyadh on May 23 and over 80 SBA members in Jeddah on May 24, 2022. The workshops focused on international trends and best practices in PPP contracting. International best practices and transparency in the PPP legal system and contracting will lead to more opportunities for U.S. companies as they look to enter the $100 billion PPP market in Saudi Arabia.
