Saudi Arabia – PPP Contract Best Practices Master Class

CLDP in close collaboration with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) National Center for Privatization (NCP) presented a two day webinar on important provisions in Public Private Partnership contracts. Topics included Force Majeure, Termination, Bonds and Guarantees, and English Law Application to PPP Contracts.  Presenters hailed from academia, international and local private practice and participants were the NCP legal staff.
