From June 24 – 27, CLDP hosted a South Asia regional information exchange on International Arbitration for official and private legal practitioners from Bangladesh, India, the Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Topics discussed during the information exchange included arbitration procedure, enforcement, arbitrator ethics guidelines, and building legal frameworks for arbitration.
