On November 17-19, 2022, CLDP, in partnership with Arbitration Initiative Georgia (AIG), conducted a three-day workshop on writing concepts in commercial arbitration as part of CLDP’s preparation programming for the 12^th Annual Tbilisi Vis Pre-Moot. The workshop brought together the coaches and students of Vis Moot teams from Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan for training conducted by experts in private legal practice and academia with experience and success as Vis Moot coaches and participants. Topics included, among others, researching and writing on commercial arbitration topics and sessions designed to cover specific procedural and substantive issues present in the 2022-23 Vis Moot problem. The workshop also served as the latest installment of CLDP’s regional Vis Moot training program, which will continue throughout the academic year and culminate in the 12^th Tbilisi Vis Pre-Moot in February.
