Sri Lanka and Maldives: Advanced Arbitration Training, Kuala Lumpur

On December 13 to 18, CLDP held a Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) arbitration certification program and an advanced arbitration training for Maldivian and Sri Lankan arbitrators.The first three days, the six Maldivian arbitrators and seven Sri Lankan arbitrators took the Advanced Route to Membership course, followed by a full-day assessment, and concluded with a certification test. The second part of the training delved deeper into more advanced arbirtration and dispute resolution topics and allowed participants to discuss challenges in their own countries.
