From January 10-12, CLDP, in partnership with Georgetown University Law Center, conducted the third pilot of the Infrastructure Contracts Certificate Course. The course is part of the inaugural Quad Infrastructure Fellowships Program to encourage sustainable infrastructure development and foster opportunities for foreign direct investment. Developed in collaboration with Georgetown, the Certificate Program consists of seven modules comprising 120 hours of online and in-person instruction on the drafting and negotiation of infrastructure contracts. This was the final iteration of the pilot phase of the program, with previous sessions taking place in Thailand and Philippines.
