On September 11 – 13, CLDP, in partnership with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and USAID, held a workshop to review the proposed draft legislation on Public-Private Partnerships for the Government of Sri Lanka. CLDP and ADB provided substantive comments to the draft law at the request of the National Agency for Public-Private Partnerships (NAPPP) to help bring the draft law up to international best practices. CLDP and ADB will continue to partner on the development of the legal framework for PPPs in Sri Lanka in support of the NAPPP.
