From April 24-28, CLDP, in coordination with the President’s Office of Sri Lanka, the National Agency for Public-Private Partnerships, and the Asian Development Bank, organized a workshop to draft an updated version of the law on Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) based on international best practices. The workshop convened key government stakeholders involved in PPP implementation to develop draft legislation that will encourage sustainable infrastructure development and foster foreign direct investment opportunities for Sri Lanka.
