On December 2 – 5, CLDP, in collaboration with Power Africa’s East Africa Energy Program (EAEP), held a review workshop and hosted the APM Group (APMG) Execution Level Exam in Mombasa, Kenya. The review workshop provided participants advice and reference materials for the APMG Execution Level Exam. The review workshop and exam are the third and final phase of a multiphase training program to develop the capacities of the eleven-member countries of the Eastern Africa Power Pool (EAPP) and its General Secretariat to undertake and maintain best practices on public-private partnerships (PPPs). The program will culminate with the participants earning certified PPP Professional (CP3P) credentials.
