On September 16-17, 2024, CLDP conducted a training on preventing disputes relating to government contracts and best practices in handling commercial arbitration and treaty claims for representatives from the following Thai ministries: (1) Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA); (2) Ministry of Finance; (3) Ministry of Commerce; (4) Ministry of Transport; (5) Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; and (6) Office of the Attorney General. This training aims to develop the Thai Government’s contract and claims administration processes in order to ensure proper management of infrastructure projects and prevent additional commercial and treaty disputes.
