On February 26, in Tunis, in collaboration with the Central Bank and the Ministry of Commerce and Export promotion, CLDP organized a workshop on the legal qualification of franchise contract to facilitate the understanding of financial transactions pertaining to international franchises for the Ministry of Finances and the Central Bank of Tunisia.

On February 27-28, in Tunis, in collaboration with the Competition Authority, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Justice, CLDP organized a workshop on investigating and prosecuting bid-rigging and other anti-competitive practices in public tenders.

On February 29, in Tunis, in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce and Export Promotion, CLDP conducted a workshop to assist local entrepreneurs with the development of franchise concepts and the creation of new franchises.

On March 4-5, in Tunis, CLDP conducted a workshop on best practices for “self-cleaning”, or the corrective measures that companies debarred from bidding on public procurement tenders may undertake to regain eligibility.
