Ukraine: Best Value Procurement and PPP Readiness Consultations

From January 27-28, CLDP, in collaboration with Ukraine’s State Institution for Professional Procurement, led a workshop with Ukraine’s largest ministerial and State-owned enterprises on international best practices in public procurement. The workshop focused on transparency, competitiveness, and alignment with global standards, particularly best-value procurement analysis, which opened the door to U.S. bidders and prevents lowest-cost bidders from dominating Ukrainian procurements.
