The Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) organized in-person panel discussions and meetings with government officials and nongovernment stakeholders  from Bangladesh on November 15-18,  2021, in Washington, DC. The delegation headed by a Member of Parliament who chairs the IT committee.  Others include the Director General of the telecommunications regulatory authority and officials from the national computer incident response team.  

CLDP  organized the discussions around current issues, including personal data protection, consumer privacy, and cybersecurity.  CLDP created opportunities for the participants to engage with U.S. government officials and representatives of the private sector.
