From October 28-31, CLDP, in coordination with the University of Tuzla and Association ARBITRI, conducted a Workshop on Written Arguments for 44 students from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and Kosovo participating in the Willem C. Vis Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition. The four-day training, which was hosted by the University of Tuzla, trained students on writing skills, legal procedure aspects of arbitration, and substantive aspects of this year’s Moot problem, which focuses on cybersecurity. The goal of this program is to equip students with the skills necessary to work in international arbitration, and more broadly, in international business environments.
