CLDP in cooperation with USTR, USDA and Ukraine Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MEDT) hosted a Workshop on Good Regulatory Practice Reform. The Workshop took place in Kyiv, Ukraine on September 27-28. During the workshop participants , based on a factual understanding of Ukraine’s current regulatory practices, considered practical actions which can improve Ukraine’s trade attractiveness. As the Government of Ukraine pushes for continued reforms, adopting the best-possible practices for regulatory actions forms a corner stone for public-private trust.  Trade’s role depends on Ukraine’s private sector engagement to shape Ukraine’s domestic regulatory frameworks on the one side, but also increased attention to and appropriate actions to draft international regulatory changes.
