CLDP, the Ukraine Customs Service, together with the US Customs and Border Patrol and the Ukrainian State Department of Intellectual Property (SDIP), conducted a three-day workshop in Kiev, Ukraine, that brought together the customs and other government authorities of Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and Moldova to determine ways to improve the collaboration and coordination between the countries in the interdiction of IP infringing goods. The workshop will enable these countries to improve their coordination and efficiency in the interdiction of counterfeit and infringing goods in the lead up to and post the EURO 2012 UEFA Championships.
