From September 10-11, 2018, in coordination with Azerbaijan’s Intellectual Property Agency and Ministry of Justice, CLDP held a two-day workshop on the adjudication of intellectual property infringement cases in Baku, Azerbaijan.

On September 6-7 in Santo Domingo, CLDP, in coordination with the Dominican General Directorate for Public Contracting (DGCP), led a government procurement workshop on contract administration for more than 60 contracting officials from various government agencies.

On September 4, in Santo Domingo, CLDP, in coordination with the Dominican General Directorate for Public Contracting and the National School of the Judiciary, led a workshop on contract administration and disputes arising from the implementation of government contracts for approximately 40

On August 22-25, 2018, at the invitation of the Training Center of the Ministry of Finance, CLDP participated in a Program regarding Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) and Government Procurement.

CLDP, in cooperation with the Supreme Court of Ukraine, designed and implemented the Workshop on Transparent and Efficient Court Administration II. The workshop took place in Odesa, Ukraine, on August 1-2, 2018.
