May 11-15, 2014, CLDP led Afghan University law students in a Contracts Drafting and Negotiation Competition, the final phase of a pilot Commercial Law Clinic Course held in cooperation with Kabul University.

The two-day bankruptcy workshop, for approximately 20 judges, was led by Chief Judge Nancy Alquist, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Maryland.

CLDP, in partnership with the Public Institution Centre for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training of FBiH, held a workshop on Adjudication of Bankruptcy Cases in Sarajevo, BiH for approximately 25 BiH judges.

CLDP, in partnership with the WTO Secretariat, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and the Ministry of Finance of Armenia, held a Seminar on the WTO Government Procurement Agreement (GPA) Obligations and International Best Practices in Public Procurement in Yerevan.
